 Maximo Start center - Chart color option

Hello All,

We need help in this area.

In Maximo custom start center, we created multiple result set portlets. We are populating all the result set output by default in chart option (Both PIE and BAR). The requirement is to control the color options in chart view based on the status value. We can control the color option in List view by using “Color Options” tab in my result set. But we don’t know where to control and how to change the color options in the chart.

Any help is highly appreciated.

color options are configurable for the list option from within Maximo, within the portlet setup.

This is not available for the chart options. 

You may be able to have something custom done, but there is nothing available from the front in application as delivered out of the box.

Hi, It is not possible to control the colors for the charts at the moment. There is a way to add the desired colors in the "chartproperties.xml". These colors must then be added in the desired order. After that, a deployment must be carried out. If you now sort your result list in the status with an "order by", the colors will be used.
