We have a PM that has a job plan assigned to it.  That job plan has 8 tasks (10, 20, 30, etc).  When the work orders generate from this PM only tasks 10, 20 and 80 are on the work order.  As far as we can tell there is nothing different about the tasks that are not showing than the ones that are.

Can you check the Job Plan Sequence tab on the PM and see if you have more than 1 record? If I had to guess, you just generated a different job plan that had fewer tasks. Something like this:

Checked that.  Same Job Plan listed on the PM and Sequence, and only the one plan on the sequence.

Next place I would check is revisions. Are there any versions with just the tasks you referenced? The work order will show the revision number that was used in the generation. What Maximo version are you on?

Is there any chance that either the number of characters of the JOBTASK.DESCRIPTION is longer than the WORKORDER.DESCRIPTION?  And what about any conditions being set on the job tasks?
