Hi All,

I want to send the count of all records in the where clause which we have in the escalation condition.

The count has to be shared through the communication template attached to it. 

Suppose I have an escalation created for one condition in that where clause will fetch the 100 records, Now I want to send only one notification from the escalation saying 100 records are there to be acted upon to the user. Currently the escalation sends one email for each record, i.e. the users are getting 100 emails.
