 Self Service Portal - Agent View - Hide the "CREATE TICKET" option

Does anyone know how to hide the CREATE TICKET option in the Self Service Portal - Agent View. The option I am talking about is shown below.

I think you need to customize the work center js or html to hide to remove the create ticket.
