Hi @Gursev Bajwa! What do you call "inspection form"? Which Maximo app do you register it in? In "Condition monitoring?

Hello @Martin Fabra,  this would be a custom inspection form from the city so not a standard form and the ask is to be able to associate the meters under assets in Maximo to the inspection form

A meter reading capture can be associated with an Inspection Form, yes. You just need to make sure that the asset listed on the work order, or on the unscheduled inspection, has the meter that is called out on the form.
