 Where Clause request - PMs not generated on frequency date

Hello, 

I am still novice at best when it comes to creating where clauses for saved searches. Can someone please assist in building a where clause where it pulls PM records that did not generate on their next est. date? 

And any tips, tricks and resources for writing where clauses in Maximo would be much appreciated.

You can use something like this to show all PM's where next date is equal today or earlier then today. 

(nextdate <= getdate()) and ((status = 'ACTIVE'))
