New to Inventory In Maximo

Hi there!, I am new to learning about inventory management in Maximo and am looking for some info on Storerooms, specifically setting up Parent child relationships correctly between them and some of the functions or even "Gotchas" that may arise. New to the forum thanks a bunch!

Maximo has a concept called email listener (E-mail Listeners - IBM Documentation) which allows you to setup an email inbox and process inbound emails. These get stored in the COMMLOG table and can create a SR or update a SR record. Out of box, this flow is not supported on WORKORDER or any other...
