Much thanks for that info. I looked at the Associate Systems with location but was not sure if this was the correct method to establish the hierarchy structure. We have one system Primary (see attachment). So does this look correct ? I will test in dev first before moving to production.

Hmm, I didn't realize that was a requirement. I learned something new. I'm glad it's easy for you to enable. You will notice there are fields on the Inventory Usage record that reference if the item has been picked on a Pick List.
Hi Lacey, I've opened a case with IBM and they clarified what was missing: Organizations > Inventory Options > Inventory Defaults > Automatically create usage documents for new reservations? should have been checked. Now it's Ok. Thank you very much for all your suggestions and support!
I did try to remove some of the Object Structure authorizations and didn't have any luck with the Create Picks not showing up. If I don't have access to the Object Structure, MXAPIINVPICKLIST, I can still see the action after I check the checkbox next to the reservation, but I get an error...
Have you tried to disable the rights/access to related Object Structures and/or to INVENTORY application (Manage Inventory) and tried to apply the setup again? I'm afraid that this caused the issue in our case. Thank you, Dragos
