One User set 800 plus work order in CAN status how is this possible? How can I roll back?

Likely if the ability to Change Status on multiple records from the List tab was not changed at all from the default, this can happen. See a discussion below for more details and multiple approaches to resolve this.

This can be reversed in the DB but it is not ideal. There are multiple tables that get updated upon a WO status change, so you will need to factor that in.
