Is it possible to see asset cost breakdown by labor, material, services, tools (outside Vs inside where possible) by asset? I know we can see that by work order (work order select action > View Cost). There are also standard OOB reports that shows asset cost but I could not find detail breakdown of cost by asset anywhere.  I am thinking probably creating a new report showing asset and cost breakdown by financial period might be an option. Any thoughts?

Work Order Select Action > View Cost shows the Cost of all these components that you have mentioned for a Work Order or a Work Package but is it only for that work instance and not for the asset completely hence creating the report is a valid solution to achieve this requirement.
