    Was the MaximoSystemLibrary.rptlibrary updated for use with BIRT 4.8 and Java8?
    If so is there a download location?

    It doesn't look like we updated that with the new BIRT version. Some of the out of box reports were updated to address issues with them after getting to 4.8.
