  • 1.  Can you use the SR Work Center to request Inventory?

    We're trying to give the customers the ability to request inventory in the SR Work Center. Has anyone done this? Anyone have any ideas?

    Is there a reason you don't want to use desktop requisitions for this type of request? I know the UI leaves something to be desired but it's a self-service app (so anyone can use it) and its purpose is literally for a user to request inventory.

    I was unaware the Desktop Requisition is the way to go because it doesn't use app points.

    Desktop Requisitions are a great tool now! Use them in conjunction with Inventory Usage and you are golden with those storeroom requests!
