    Hello All,


    I have encountered an issue where a deployed workflow is altering a communication template used in the workflow, anyone else encountred a similar issue?  Some of the items tested to debug the issue:

    1. Disabling all automation scripts
    2. Disabling other work flows
    3. Disabling escalations

    We had same issue in manage 9.0.14.  IBM has provided a fix for this.

    We have similar issue, but related to re-assignment WF record.
