    Hi Ben,

    Do you have a SystemOut.log available?  The java.lang.NullPointerException is one of those things that is very difficult to just guess at since there are many, many things that can cause it.

    Check the maximo users system password has expired or not. maxadmin, db2admin, Maximo
    If expired then in password settings click on password never expired and restart the server.

    I just checked your log and i noticed that DBConnection is Failed.

    Check the maximo users system password has expired or not. maxadmin, db2admin, Maximo
    If expired then in password settings click on password never expired and restart the server.
