    Hi @Acey Nguyen"

Maximo has properties tu define where attachments are saved.

    mxe.doclink.doctypes.topLevelPaths

Here you will see a path stored where the attachments are saved. So, copy and paste it into a browser or file explorer and see if it responds.

You can try, in your case, removing the jpg from the reference... that is, 192.168.18.176/ATTACHEMENTS/

The domain user "maximo" (application owner) writes the attachments to that path. If someone removed this user's permission to write there, an error like the one you have appears. I'm not saying that's the problem, but it's possible.

    Regards!

    Hi,

Could you kindly verify that the following properties are consistent in your environment?

    1. Navigate to the People application, and under More Actions, select Manage Folders.

      • Locate the Attachment document folder and confirm the default file path.
      • Document Folder: Attachment
      • Default File Path: C:\DOCLINKS\ATTACHMENTS (Might differ in your case)
    2. Open the System Properties application, search for the following properties and confirm the values are similar

      • mxe.doclink.doctypes.defpath = C:\DOCLINKS
      • mxe.doclink.doctypes.topLevelPaths = C:\DOCLINKS
      • mxe.doclink.path01 = C:\DOCLINKS = http://your_ip_address
    3. Lastly, please ensure the existence of the folder at C:\DOCLINKS on your system.

After verifying these properties, try adding a new file and attempt to open it to ensure proper functionality.
