    Hello MORE Maximo community :)

    Is it possible to change the status of an OBSOLETE inventory item back to Active?  It was made OBSOLETE years ago, but is something that is being used currently.

    Hi Danny

    When you change status to Obsolete Maximo clearly say it can't be brought back. So you can't do from UI.

    You can update status from backend though ITEM, INVENTORY and ITEMORGINFO table but it is not recommended as you may run into issues if all required table/columns are not updated.

    It is better to create item again.
