Thanks! I found an issue.
If we have under classification other classifications, then in SRMOBILE it shows only classifications, but not ticket templates. So, to show tickettemplates it should be last level in classification hierarchy

Make sure the same classification that is enabled for "Show in Service Request Work Center" is tied to the ticket template. For example, in a demo system, there is a HEATAIR to indicate a heating/air conditioning issue. It has the Use With tied to SR.

When you get into ticket templates, it needs to have the same classification. This causes it to prompt for this option when you pick that it's related to heating and air.

I would test this in the web first. In mobile, you will need to force a refresh of lookup data after configuring this.
