I'm currently using Maximo version 7.6.1.3 and have followed a specific approach for setting up Single Choice Domain questions in inspection forms. Here's the process I used:

1. Created Domains with Values: I started by creating the necessary domains and populating them with values in the Domains application;
2. Assigned Domains to Meters: I linked these domain values to meters to ensure they were accessible for inspection purposes;
3. Created a Meter Group and Assigned to Assets: I grouped the meters into a meter group and assigned this group to specific assets, enabling visibility of these values after inspection forms were completed.

Everything worked perfectly before migrating the Production environment to UAT. However, since the migration, the Single Choice Domain and Multiple Choice Domain values are missing in the inspection forms. When I open the inspection form, the questions appear, but the fields are empty-only the question names are visible.

I understand that migrating data directly from Production to UAT isn't generally considered best practice, but due to specific circumstances, it was necessary to proceed this way this time.

Here's what I've checked so far:

• The domain and its values in the Domains application – everything seems fine;
• The inspection form configuration – the domain is correctly associated;
• Cache – cleared and restarted Maximo.

Despite these checks, the values still don't appear in the inspection form.

Do you have any ideas about what else I might need to investigate? I'm completely out of ideas at this point.

I managed to resolve the issue. It turns out that my account was missing the Mobile Security Group, which contains all the necessary permissions for working with inspection forms. Once I was added to the group, the Single Choice and Multiple Choice Domain values appeared correctly in the mobile view of the inspection forms.

However, I've noticed that in the preview window (when opening the inspection form after creating it), the Single Choice and Multiple Choice Domain values are still missing. It seems this issue is specific to the preview functionality, as everything works fine in mobile view.

If anyone has insights into why the domain values might not appear in the preview window, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
