When doing the upgrade it should run once to sync all of your 7.6. users up to MAS. This has worked on the few environments that I have utilized this for. I have also used this a few times to sync users by manually activating it once on MAS to sync in additional users. This can be helpful if you do something like a production to development database refresh for the first time and you need to load users into MAS from the Manage DB.

    Uttam,

For me the MASUSERSync program automatically ran during the upgrade process.  When you Activate Manage and it is pointed to a database which has not been upgraded it automatically runs updateDB and runs through various upgrade scripts/processes.

The MASUSERSync crontask bombed on bad data so I ran into the scenario where all users weren't syncing.  I had to trace the program, fix the bad data, then rerun the crontask to get everything synced.  There is a field MASUSER.MASISSUER.  If that field is null then you know that user was not synced by the MASUSERSync crontask.
