I used to get this below error suddenly no after saving a very basic change also(Like changing a lebel value).In the same xml I already successfully completed couple of xml and customization changes.But suddenly starting getting this error.After publishing the code neither the technician application is opening nor the techmobile xml is opening

THis erroneous line is a out of the box line coding line only.

Any solution for this issue will be very much helpful.
