Hello all,
In Work Order Tracking there is a button "Edit History Work Order".
There is a memo field in the wostatus table that shows when changing the status, but when I click this button it does not give the option.
For traceabilty I would like it to pop up the window, requiring a note to be entered into the Memo Box. (This isn't out of the box and mine is just missing is it?)
I am attempting an automation script with action launch point, but the action on my launch point is not correct and when I save it, it goes back to empty.
Any advice on how to create/link this button as the launch point. I found the sig option but am struggling to locate the actual button in app designer or even in the xml.
