Hello all,

In Work Order Tracking the Work Order, Finish No Later Than, field says 1/6/24 7:00 PM

When downloading to an excel file the time says 

1/7/24 12:00 AM

Would anyone know why the downloaded time is different than the time in Maximo?  Is it because of the Time Zone Maximo is in, then when I download to my computer it changes to the time zone that my computer is in?  Or is it a different reason?

Thank you in advance.  This is affecting our KPI report

Hello Danny,

Go to System Properties and search for webclient.downloaddatetimeastext. Change the global value to 1 and perform Live Refresh. Now try downloading excel and see if you still have the changing date time problem.
