Hi,
We have a requirement where SAP ZF notification to be converted as Maximo SR in Draft status and need to be progressed via workflow. Target status of converted force notification SR's must be in INPROG status with workflow initiated and supervisor assigned as the owner with workflow assignment .
Is it feasible to automate the workflow process to assign ownership and WF assignments to supervisors. If yes please suggest how to proceed?

Hi Aayushi,

You have to design a workflow and enable the Workflow Auto Initiate , then workflow assignment will assign to the Supervisor.

if your ownership person  is fixed person then you have to create a action to set the ownership person and include in workflow node.

So finally When SR is created then Workflow will Starts and it assign the Owner and assignment will goes to supervisor.

Once let me know, Is your ownership is Fixed or it may be different? and which field you are using for the Ownership?  either owner or Owner Group.
