 Can't delete an organization that I just created

I created an organization in Test and it's not attached to any work orders because the naming was incorrect I am wanting to delete it but getting this error message upon trying to delete.  Any ideas please?

Go to System Properties and look for properties mxe.db.fetchResultStopLimit. Right now the value will be 5000 and you need to change it to 5100 and do a live refresh. Once done try deleting the organization.
