 Maximo Admin Password Change

Hi,

We are changing the password on our maximo admin account. We use LDAP to authenticate, and can update the pw in AD, but I know there are properties like mxe.adminPasswd that relate. Does this property need to be updated as well when LDAP password changes happen? This is specifically for 7.6.1.3.

Hi Cam,

My understanding is that when using LDAP to authenticate, you do not need to update the mxe.adminPasswd system property to log in. The mxe.adminPasswd is not needed for anything in Maximo at this point.
