Issue was resolved. The fix was replacing the StorageClass from a RWO one to another with RWX.

1 Comment - A jump of 347 hours in just 9 days works out to about 38.5 hours of runtime per day — which obviously isn’t possible...Unless the meter is set up to roll over at a specific point, Maximo will throw an error, preventing you from entering a lower number

Those are two place I would suggest to start with. 9443 does not involve http server, so no need to troubleshoot from there
