This list because of its dynamic nature (it could map to a SR, Incident, Change, WO, etc.) is handled in java code. But you can override the logic in Application Designer by specifying a list of app names you want to show. There's a Go To Applications option on the text input that you can specify a comma separated list of the options you want to show. Just be aware that again, this could be completely different types of objects that need to be opened in distinct applications.

Thank you for suggestions. I have implemented this by duplicating the origrecordid textbox and added sigoption to hide the textbox based on the value on origrecordclass.
