When you run a report in the web browser the output is HTML so if you wanted to export that you could literally just save the page from the browser. There isn't an option to run the report as HTML as a scheduled task since the HTML result has multiple pieces including images and style sheets that cannot be nicely packaged into a single attachment like a PDF, DOC, XLS or ODT file.
